Terms.

Latorium is written and published by Yaredoz, an independent developer based in Singapore ("we", "us").

It is not a company, and there is no team behind it — which is worth knowing before you rely on it for anything that matters.

Nothing is currently sold. There is no charge, no subscription and no account. Paid tiers are planned, and when they arrive these terms will be replaced with ones that cover buying, refunds and cancellation. Until then there is no purchase to protect you from, and nothing here asks you to pay for anything.

Install it and use it, on as many machines as you like, for personal or commercial work. No licence key, no seat count, no limit on who you are.

You may not resell or redistribute the software as your own, or remove the notices that say where it came from.

We claim no rights in your code, your prompts, or anything the software helps you produce. It is yours, entirely, and nothing in this document gives us a claim on it.

Latorium sits between tools that are not ours, and it does not ship a model.

Ollama, the language model you choose to run, VS Code, Claude Code and Codex are third-party products governed by their own terms and licences. You are responsible for complying with those, including any licence attached to the model weights you download.

Latorium reduces how much your cloud agent reads. It does not change what that agent then does with what it reads — see Privacy for exactly where that line falls.

The software is provided as is. Output from a local model is a draft, and you are expected to review it before you use it.

We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a local model's output will be correct or fit for any purpose, or that any particular reduction in token usage will be achieved. Measurements shown in the extension describe what happened on your machine. They are not a forecast, and they are not a promise about yours.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of free software we gave you at no charge. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, you keep every right you have under the consumer law of your country, and nothing in these terms reduces them.

You can stop using Latorium whenever you like. Uninstalling is enough, and there is no account to close.

Nothing it wrote is taken with it. Your task board, saved lessons, settings and files stay on your disk, in formats you can read, whether or not the extension is installed.

We may update these terms — most likely when paid tiers arrive. The date at the top of this page will change, and continuing to use the software after that means you accept the revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction — except that a consumer may bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
