Terms.

Latorium is a software product operated and sold by Christian Yip Jun, an individual seller based in Singapore ("seller", "we", "us").

Latorium is the product and brand, not a separate company, incorporated entity, or contracting party.

Free requires no subscription and is limited to 100 retrievals per calendar month. Pro costs $29 USD monthly and includes 300 retrievals per calendar month. Pro+ costs $89 USD monthly with no retrieval limit. Team costs $69 USD per seat monthly, starts at five seats, and has no retrieval limit. Enterprise is priced per contract from $3,500 USD monthly plus a one-off setup fee, and is arranged directly with the seller rather than through this site. Max is retired and closed to new subscriptions; existing Max subscribers keep their current terms and price until they cancel. The price shown by Stripe at checkout is the price charged. Prices include any applicable tax; the seller is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged or shown separately. The seller provides the subscription; Stripe processes payment.

Cancelling and refunds. You can cancel at any time from Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep paid access until then, and the unused remainder of a period is not refunded. A refund may be issued at the seller's discretion; a full refund ends paid access immediately. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by agreement, including remedies where the software is faulty or not as described.

Install Free for personal or commercial work. A paid subscription belongs to its authenticated account and may not be shared, forged, transferred, or used to access another customer's billing details.

You may not resell or redistribute the software as your own, or remove the notices that say where it came from.

We claim no rights in your code, your prompts, or anything the software helps you produce. It is yours, entirely, and nothing in this document gives us a claim on it.

Latorium sits between tools that are not ours, and it does not ship a model.

Ollama, the language model you choose to run, VS Code, Claude Code and Codex are third-party products governed by their own terms and licences. You are responsible for complying with those, including any licence attached to the model weights you download.

Latorium reduces how much your cloud agent reads. It does not change what that agent then does with what it reads. See Privacy for details about what each mode sends.

The software is provided as is. Output from a local model is a draft, and you are expected to review it before you use it.

We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a local model's output will be correct or fit for any purpose, or that any particular reduction in token usage will be achieved. Measurements shown in the extension describe what happened on your machine. They are not a forecast, and they are not a promise about yours.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of free software we gave you at no charge. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, you keep every right you have under the consumer law of your country, and nothing in these terms reduces them.

You can stop using Latorium whenever you like. Free needs no account; paid subscribers should cancel through the billing portal before uninstalling.

Nothing it wrote is taken with it. Your task board, saved lessons, settings and files stay on your disk, in formats you can read, whether or not the extension is installed.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page will change. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated through reasonable account or website notice before they take effect where required.

These terms between you and the seller are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
